I have owned this unit since 1993 and I believe am the third owner. The following is a list of items that have been changed or added to the unit.
New front wiring harness, installed an exterior oil cooler, added a additional radiator with a fan, installed a spray mister for the rear radiator, the rear has been upgraded with the required reinforcing, upgraded heavy duty springs with air shocks, new headliner, driver and rear seat have new upholstery, replaced the front passengers seat with a single bucked seat, carpeted through out, new pleated shades for all windows except the small windows in the sleeping area, privacy curtain in the front, enclosed the through compartment resulting in extra storage for the interior, repainted the interior plastic panels, new lower 1st and 2nd gears, roof mounted Coleman air conditioner, 110 volt 3 gallon hot water heater under the sink, added lights in the closet and in the enclosed storage area and under the kitchen cabinet, new tires with about 1500 miles on them, propane stove, new microwave oven, roof rack, new calipers and front brakes. I replaced the tabor doors with new cherry wood doors. Installed a cabinet above the microwave oven. Everything is working order.
The paint has some small blisters over various areas of the body.
Its has the 1000 watt inverter, 12 or 120 volt refrigerator, Wabasto heater. I have removed the factory air conditioner.
The spare tire is mounted on the rear bumper,. I have all of the manuals and schematics. I have the original front seat and various parts. This unit drives very well and it gets 25 to 30 mpg on the highway. The odometer has 52,300 miles. The odometer was replaced and the original odometer had about 27,700 on it when it was replaced. Total miles is about 80,000 miles.
